Service Video VT 79 - Smart Repair
On behalf of General Motors Europe, mecom film & tv has finished the new service video production - VT 79. This service video covers the theme SMART Repair, which is the abbreviated term for “small to medium area repair technique”. This is a general term for light damage repair methods of which the cost are relative to the worth of the vehicle.
In the introduction, the film describes the target group for SMART Repairs and supports the communication with the customers.
An additional short film available within the data area of the DVD has been developed with the customer in mind. The short film explains the nature of SMART Repairing in a manner best suited to the end customer.
The main part of VT 79 shows examples of the most common SMART Repair applications and the latest repair techniques. Repair methods such as windscreen repair, paint-less dent repair, plastic and upholstery repair are covered in detail. Spot repair has been introduced also as an efficient repair method for small paint damage.
